1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on [www.pivotmasterai.com] (the “Site”)—including the PivotMaster AI Trading Assistant and any related scripts, indicators, or downloadable content—are delivered electronically as digital downloads. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

2. No Refunds – All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to proprietary trading logic and intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Compatibility issues with your trading platform or device (please review requirements prior to purchase)

  • Lack of experience or technical skills to install/use the script

  • Results that do not meet your expectations or trading objectives

3. Please Review Before Purchasing

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, compatibility requirements, screenshots, and FAQs prior to purchase. If you have any questions about a product or require clarification before purchasing, please contact our support team at [support@pivotmasterai.com].

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate payment)

  • You did not receive access to the digital product due to a verified technical error on our end and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, providing proof of payment and a detailed explanation. Approved exceptions will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in suspension or permanent loss of access to purchased products. If you have an issue, please let us help resolve it before contacting your payment provider.
