PivotMaster AI – Software License Agreement

Licensee: The individual or entity purchasing the script ("You", "Your")
Licensor: [Your Name / Company Name] ("Licensor", "We", "Us")

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement and payment in full, the Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the PivotMaster AI Algo ("Software") solely for your personal or internal business use on one (1) TradingView account.

2. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the Software in your TradingView account

• Modify the script for your own use (personal customization)

• Use the Software for charting, analysis, or trading activities

 

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share, sell, distribute, sublicense, or publicly post the Software

• Use the Software on more than one TradingView account

• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the logic for redistribution

• Represent the Software as your own creation

 

5. Support and Updates

The Licensor may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, modifications, or support. Any updates provided will be governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.

 

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree that you waive the right to chargebacks or refund claims unless otherwise required by law.

 

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete all copies of the Software.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the Software at your own risk.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of trading capital or missed opportunities.

 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

By purchasing and using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Software License Agreement.
